In the hills of southern Corfu, where on clear days the sea blends with the sky, you’ll find our house in Chlomos, one of the oldest villages on the island, surrounded by olive trees, quiet, and the soft voices of village life. Here, Greece is still just as you imagine it: warm, simple, vibrant. Anyone seeking calm, spaciousness, and authentic encounters will find them here.
You can reach Chlomos in just about 35 minutes by car 🚗🚗🚗 from the airport. Countless beaches to choose from, beautiful 🥾🥾🥾 hiking trails, 2 tavernas in the village, and shopping options in nearby Messongi.

Our lovingly renovated house in Chlomos combines Greek charm with modern, simple comfort. Spread over 3 floors, it offers space for up to 4 guests (more upon request).
The spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and two sofas (one 3-seater, one 2-seater) is a perfect place to cook, relax and spend time together. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a large bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, you arrive on a gallery space with a red sofa. From here you can step out onto the balcony with views of the Greek mainland or onto the private 30 sqm terrace with a spectacular sea view across the entire south of Corfu, including both the west and east coasts and the Greek mainland. On this floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed and an office with a desk and sofa bed overlooking the west coast.
Continue upstairs to the second floor, a spacious master bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet and sink and a comfortable armchair. Want to see the sun rise ☀️☀️☀️ in the morning? Then this is your room. The 180-degree view is magnificent.
From the outside, you can access the storage room, where you’ll find garden furniture, a washing machine 🧺🧺🧺, a drying rack, and beach gear.
Walk down 3 steps to reach the terrace with a barbecue for relaxed evenings. Another 3 steps down, a highlight awaits: the private outdoor shower with hot and cold water 🚿🚿🚿. Always a delight!

Nature & Experience
Chlomos is ideally located for exploring the south of Corfu. Within a short drive you’ll reach 10–15 beaches, from fine sandy shores 🏖️🏖️🏖️ to small, quiet coves. If you enjoy hiking, you’ll find dreamy paths around Chlomos — through olive groves, along the coast, or to remote viewpoints. Bicycles, windsurfing, sailing, and kitesurfing are available nearby 🚴‍♂️⛵️🏊‍♀️. And yes, outside the hot months of June to August it may rain — Corfu is the greenest of all Greek islands for a reason.
Doxia1 is one of the highest houses in Chlomos. Our neighbors are Greek families who live here year-round. You can reach the village via three roads: from Linia, from Messongi, and from Agia Pelagia (steep). For loading and unloading you can park directly at the house, otherwise there are parking spots 20 meters away.
