Overview
Villa Katerina is located in Nissaki, Corfu. This detached vacation
rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 10
people with 5 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. There is a private pool (South
Facing) with barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance to the Beach and
Restaurants.
Layout

The ground floor features an open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen,
bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and bathroom
with bath. The first floor accessed externally features a kitchen, 1
double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Living Room
The living room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player,
Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace
with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

Great location and property. Views were stunning, Property was well located to local shop and bakery and some lovely tavernas also pay a visit to Midnight cocktails at bottom of the hill, amazing pizzas and cocktails. They even made mocktails for the children. Local shops had essentials but if you’re on a budget with a large family group best to stop at bigger supermarkets enroute which are closer to the airport. There was a great butchers in Ipsos, if your barbecuing. We thought there would be more places to buy fish locally but we did see a great fish market in Corfu Old Town. It was a fantastic Villa which we all thoroughly enjoyed and would absolutely come back to.

I went with family, a group of 10. Some of us from Germany, Puerto Rico, and Texas. We had a great time from the time we checked-in until checking-out. The pool was amazing and the view was spectacular. Everything in the villa as exactly as it was presented on the photos. Located walking distance from the beach, markets and restaurants. The owner came by a few time to make sure we had all we needed, very accommodating. The second floor is an individual unit, equipped, that sleeps 4; it worked nicely for us. Everything was well kept including the garden and flower pots. We even fed the cats that came by everyday. Overall, we had a wonderfully time. Spectacular Villa Katerina!!!!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung möchte ist er hier genau richtig. Da es oben auf dem Berg ist und man ca 30 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum braucht ist es sehr ruhig. Wenn man einen Schönen Sandstrand sehen möchte muss man allerdings eine Stunde fahren. Die Dorfmenschen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Villa ist für eine große Familie genau das richtige. An warmen Tagen braucht man im Wóhnzimmer eine Klimaanlage die es leider nicht gibt. Klimaanlagengibt es nur in den Schlafzimmern aber ein Sprung in den sauber Pool sorgt für eine super Erfrischung. Sehr gerne wieder :-)

Villa Katerina is amazing. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the view from the pool is breathtaking. Booking with Agni travel was excellent. Before we arrived, my emails were answered promptly and the Agni team in Corfu were lovely and helpful. I would stay at villa Katerina again and would recommend to friends. I will definitely book with Agni Travel again. Alison

Beautiful villa with stunning views. The owners couldnt do enough for us. Really would highly recommend Agni Travel and Villa Katerina. Aphrodite Supermarket delivered our groceries as well as giving us a lift in the rain on our first day. we will be back!! Thank you Agni Travel.

This is our second visit to Villa Katerina and it did not disappoint us. The villa was clean and well supplied with everything you would hope for by the pool and in the kitchen. The caretaker/cleaner was helpful and very pleasant and the addition of a visit from a local Agni rep on our second day was great as she was able to help with a couple of questions about our holiday. All in all a great place to stay. We’d love to come back.

This Vila was like being at home. Cozy and Cute Perfect . The kids enjoyed the outdoors and My husband enjoyed preparing the meals in the lovely kitchen. The restaurants and people were very friendly. This was our 2nd time in Corfu

Really lovely location. We passed through some not particularly nice areas so it was a real relief when we got to Nisaki! Villa has lovely views, the pool is lovely and very well maintained, the local shop is good but pricey and there are some great places to eat nearby. Even though temperatures were in the 30s, the air con was fine and kept us cool. At the time we visited there was a HUGE rubbish crisis on the island which really was an eyesore and very sad for such a beautiful island. This may put people off and I did notice lots of rubbish all over the place. I’m sure this is partly because of tourists and plastic consumption but it wasn’t something I was expecting.
