A good location just off the M42 and M6 Toll. Lots of parking and easy access. Friendly welcome for a non-golfer.The hotel is well-equipped as a golf hotel. Biscuits in the room and toileteries provided. The rooms could do with a refresh and some maintenance but great value for a stopover.

Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Treated myself to a night here and given the price point expected a lot and was sadly disappointed. Upon reaching reception I found a queue to check in. There were three staff members behind reception but only one was dealing with guests. This was frustrating. Finally checked in, room was a nice size, the air conditioning was a god send in the heat and the bed and bedding was very comfy. The bathroom was large and pleasant, but showing its age. Then in the morning, at around 9am, the staff started to deep clean the carpets with a carpet washer, which made a dreadful noise. This is not what you want when you’ve had a late night and check out is noon. The hotel is in an excellent location, brilliant transport links, the public areas are beautiful and the room was very practical. Sadly the stay was spoilt by the details and a lack of service that I expected from a hotel at this price point.
