”After each stay house keeping should check the kitchen area to make sure that everything works, the stove in our room was not working, and we had to move to another room, also the bathtub needs to have a slip proof mat inside, so that you don't slip & slide when taking a shower, especially if you are of a certain age.”

”Very nice hotel. Good value.”

”It is in the charming setting of Columbia PA with many rooms having a view of the Susquehanna River. Everything was just right and the staff are excellent.”

”It was cute and country style, beds were very comfortable. Rooms could use some maintenance. Overall one a scale of 1-10 would give a 7”

”So fun! Lovely staff, great restaurant/bar, fun place overall!”

”Centrally located, the inn’s pub offers good casual meals, and it is close to other restaurants like Rooster’s. The inn is old but well maintained, and staff helped me get luggage down the steep stairway and held the heavy front door while I was exiting. It is generally quiet. Amenities are sparse—common these days. A good breakfast is across the street at the coffee shop or around the corner at Dosie Dough. A good value if you book early and stay Sun—Wed. ”Very nice hotel and close to everything”

”Service & Breakfast was excellent. Eric was very friendly & great to have conversation with.”

”The room was clean and comfortable. This would not effect most people but I am highly sensitive to smells. Certain odors make me sick. There was a strong sweet perfume odor in the halls and room. I had asked at the front desk it a scent was pumped in through the vents. I was told no. I asked the cleaning lady who did show me a small bottle of a type of scent that is used in the rooms. My suggestion is that this be an option. I am sure most like it, but please consider sent sensitive folks!”

”I'd recommend staying here. The owners are very nice and helpful, and the hotel is well maintained.”

”Inn appeared quite new. Rooms were of basic design, very clean, pleasant decor. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of bath linens and extra pillows. Cabinet in hall available for guests to replenish room supplies. HVAC unit very new and worked well as did fridge, micro and coffee. Because there is no restaurant or bar, building is basically for sleeping and rooms were very quiet. Saturday night was a full house and no noise heard from other residents or external. Two story, no elevators. Our room had...

”We were welcomed by Luis, who was friendly and helpful and told us all about the property, the gardens, and the on-site Italian osteria. The gardens were beautiful and relaxing, our room was huge and so lovingly appointed (I wished we weren't only there one night!), the bar was amazings (cocktails delicious), and the osteria experience with Alessandro felt like we were back in Italy! I had the spaghetti and meatballs in Sunday gravy and hubby had the filet. YUM! Highly, highly recommend!”

”Awesome bed and breakfast for the weekend stay. The host and hostess were very friendly and helpful. The unit was comfortable and home away from home. Will come back to stay here when around here again.”

”Pleasant hotel, up to the standards for a Hampton Inn. Location was quiet and conveniently located next to a Starbucks so I could wake my bride up with a muffin and a latte!”

”Smelly”

”Everything was as should be: easy parking, clean, helpful staff, & breakfast buffet well stocked & clean”

”The room was clean, there was construction and a terrible Oder outside.”
