”Bathtub very old and dingy and dirty. Bathroom sink very slow drainage. Staff was very polite and courteous. Parking was nice and clean. The butter container was always empty. The butter was a shared container. They should invest in individual butters. No eggs, or any type of meat. They only put out 4 bananas. No elevator.”

”This was a very basic place to stay. Room was good for one night rest from a long road trip. We stay in Lancaster-area often. For future stays, we prefer a hotel with more amenities.”

”We got into our room and could not find a towel without a stain on it. Went to ask for clean towels and was met with reluctance on getting more towels. We come back in only to find out our bathroom door IS LOCKED! I make the mistake of taking matters into my own hands and PICKING THE LOCK OF OUR OWN BATHROOM DOOR, so my significant other can actually use the restroom. Against better judgement we try to use the shower and continue with our night only to find out the shower did not work either....

”Room was DISGUSTING! Not fit for human occupancy!!! Blood on the sheets, dirty pillow case, floors not mopped and showers had mold and mildew everywhere. We had a large group stay at this hotel and all had a similar experiences. Take all the sheets and burn them!”

”I made the reservation for my elderly father to stay there for five days. He decided not to go and I spoke with the hotel and Expedia. The hotel will not give me ANY of my dads money back. The reservation was canceled in the second day. Dad tried to talk to the hotel the first night and they wouldn’t even talk to him. He was told to call Expedia. My father is elderly and does not do well with cellphones. I was willing to pay for the first night and a cancellation fee but the hotel won’t...

”Upon arriving there was human feces on the lobby floor. When I went to look at the room there was a roach on the bed. No mini fridge in the room, no microwave in the room. Also there was no shampoo or conditioner only a small bar of soap. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this establishment. I asked for a full refund for my reservation which they agreed to and I'm waiting to receive.”

”I loved my solo stay here! I came into town one night for a concert and was very happy with the Hollander house. Kenneth was very communicative and attentive via email and easily reachable. I had no issues and everything was nice and clean and easy to find. I wasn’t able to stay for breakfast due to my schedule however, I’m sure it was delicious! Would certainly stay again”

”Breakfast was alright. Pool was freezing for being a "heated" pool. I let my kids get in for about 30 mins but it was crazyy cold! Beds seemed comfy”
