”I stayed 3 nights. I had to calm and request wash clothes for the bathroom as there were none in the room at time of arrival. The next morning I left around 10:00 am and came back late and found my room hadn’t been cleaned/made up, not a huge deal but I had to request coffee for the next morning. The next day I again had to request coffee as it had not been restocked and from what I remember I only had my room visited by the made once during my stay and I did not put the “enjoying the room”...

”So bad, there wasn't even soap in the rooms. Guest towels were andingy grey. Several other guest rooms had groups of men who kept their doors opened and seemed to be living there. We had a smoking room, where they only partially made our bed and didn't bother to empty our ashtray. Almost about as bad as it gets for a hotel room.”

”The room had NO amenities. No sink outside the bathroom, no hair dryer, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The light fixture in the bathroom wasn't fully in tact and the bulb was exposed. The light from the hallway was like a night light in the room where it came through around the door seal.”

”The room looked like the picture but when we arrived there were long brunette hairs on the sheets. The room didn’t feel clean and there were no water fountains or amenities.”

”Found a roach in the room and bugs behind the paintings. My wife and son were there for a baseball tournament. Absolutely disgusting, will never stay there or that brand hotel again, No staff, automated check in, horrible experience.”

”Stayed overnight for a baseball tournament in York, PA. Friendly and easy check in. Room was clean but very humid even with AC running. Property was well kept and clean. Only negative was the elevator floor was dirty (dirt and trash) when we checked in. When we checked out in the morning, elevator floor was same. Overall good stay.”

”My room had bed bugs. Woke up to a couple four bites on my back. Found a living one on the pillow. Took a video and showed it to front desk. They just moved me to another room. Didn’t compensate me or discount the room charges for the night I slept with bed bugs. I used to work at a hotel and it’s pretty standard procedure to refund a guest that experiences bed bugs at our hotel. Definitely not going back.”

”Breakfast was amazing, the room was super clean, and the entire place smelled AMAZING! I requested extra towels, and they were in the room waiting for me!”

”Stay was good. Just rooms are really small including the bathroom, housekeeping just comes in and take the garbage out does not change the sheets, pool area is nice, but the gate doesn't work.”
