”This was my 2nd time staying here and it was a consistent experience. the hotel itself has some wear and tear, no elevator and no carpeting in the halls or rooms so it can be a little noisy. The breakfast is just ok, the room is also just ok, there hasn’t been hand soap either time in the bathroom. Just two bottles of lotion near there sink and the shower has showed gel and lotion. So much lotion!!
The hotel staff, however is amazing. The young man who checked me in both evenings, is a 5 star...

didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided.”

”I stayed at Hotel on Monroe, BW Signature Selection with my son, and unfortunately the room fell well below expected standards.
Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The floors were so dirty that after walking around barefoot, the bottoms of my feet were literally black. It quickly became clear that housekeeping had missed more than a few key steps.
The shower was another challenge. It was partially broken and made showering feel like a test of patience rather than a basic amenity. Add to that...
