”Room was definitely dated. Fan in the bathroom needs to be replaced - judging by the noise it was making it has been out of commission for a long time. Front desk staff said ice machine is broken. Views were wonderful and the area is a lot of fun.”

”We had to leave and stay at a different hotel due to the unsanitary conditions at Whitehall Cottages.
The bed had dirt and hair on the sheets and all around the mattress.
There’s no staff on the property and the owner didn’t respond back until later in the evening after we were already checked in to a different hotel.
When I asked for a refund I was told he couldn’t do it because we booked through Expedia…”

”Room Number Eleven: The photo of the room did NOT match reality. The ancient berber carpet smelled like an ashtray and was full of runs and holes. It looked as if someone had punched a hole through the bathroom door with their fist, which did not make us feel safe.
