Blue Cow Guest Farm is a small hotel situated on a farm - with goats and chickens - in the Verde Valley between Jerome and Sedona. The friendly French and Canadian couple who own the Farm have created a lovely and comfortable farm-themed environment which is peaceful and relaxing. I love to stargaze and the small fenced yard spaces outside each unit that face West towards Jerome provide a perfect stargazing environment with Adirondack chairs and Milky Way above. Great location for exploring Jerome, Cottonwood and Sedona.

Everything was perfect! This amazing couple have thought of everything! So clean, like brand new clean! We loved the quiet peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona. The sunset and sunrise was spectacular. The howls of the coyotes, the insects chirping, the crisp night air was soothing. The chickens and goats were an added fun bonus it’s close to other fun places but off the beaten path for those looking for more solitude.

My husband and I did an overnight trip to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better place! The property has a very unique charm. From the check in area to the hallway and of course the room was amazing. It was very spacious and very well designed. It had a semi-private back sitting area where my husband and I sat and had coffee in the morning which was complimentary. They also had cushions and blankets to use on the patio chairs. Before checking out of our room my husband and I walked the property where we ended up picking fresh tomatoes from the garden with Stef the owner. Stef and his wife Michelle were very nice and welcoming. It was such a relaxing getaway. From the comfortable mattress to the beautiful views from our room. I specially liked that the vineyards are less than 15 minutes away. We will definitely be returning and encourage everyone to do so also.

The hosts, Michelle and Stef were super friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and the rooms are decorated perfectly. The view from your room is breathtaking. If you’re going to Sedona it is perfect, only a 15 minute drive, close but far enough away to get away from the crowds. I would highly recommend the Blue Cow for a quiet retreat.

Blue Cow is my top location in northern Arizona

Can’t say enough about this place. We added the Blue Cow to the end of our vacation. Vacation started in flagstaff and then off to cottonwood. Our highlight was finishing our vacation at the Blue Cow in Cornville. I wish we would have spent more time there. Definitely planning to go back as soon as possible. The room was amazing and had gorgeous views of the beautiful desert and mountain landscape. In the morning we sat outside and watched hummingbirds and a random rabbit pass by.

Outdoor access, privacy, and beauty!

This guest farm is absolutely amazing! I love that it has private outdoor space. Everything is top of the line and so incredibly clean. It is quiet and the perfect location. The town of Cornville is quaint and has plenty of options for food. The guest house is very close to Sedona. I was considering staying in Sedona but am so glad I opted for the guest farm instead. This place is so peaceful and has such a calm energy. The hosts are top-notch. I loved the ability to walk through the vast trails on the property and to be able to sit outside. The view is amazing and the stargazing was the absolute best! It was even better than the description! If you like a quiet space with access to the outdoors, this is the spot. You will not be disappointed! You cannot get this atmosphere in a hotel. I can't wait to be able to visit again. I don't have words enough to say what an amazing place this is. The rooms face the mountain so if you like sunsets you can't beat it.

If you're looking for the perfect farm stay escape, this is it. Brand new and beautifully designed, every corner of the space feels curated with intention. The decor is stunning—equal parts cozy and chic, they've thought of everything. The views are Unreal. You're Surrounded by red rock landscapes, and whether it's sunrise, sunset or a dark night sky full of stars, every moment is perfection. The room is spacious with high ceilings and a large bathroom. Giant rain shower head, stellar water pressure, and full-size toiletries. The bed is dreamy, complete with perfect pillows that make it hard to get up in the morning. The grounds are awesome —quirky and cool, with fun touches like a bocce ball court to keep things playful. The owners are lovely and thoughtful, and it shows in every detail. Check-in is effortless, and the vibe is just…easy. Whether you're here for relaxation, inspiration, or just a reset, this farm stay delivers in every way. Pure magic. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful Stay with Great Hosts We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s set in a quiet, country location that’s perfect if you’re looking to get away from the noise and just relax. Super calm and laid-back, with great views and lots of space to breathe. The French owners are the kind of hosts you hope for—friendly, welcoming, and easygoing. They struck the perfect balance between being available and giving us space, which made the whole experience feel super comfortable. The place has a relaxed, rustic feel—simple, clean, and really cozy. It’s clear a lot of care went into making it feel like a home rather than just a place to sleep. This was by the far the best place we've stayed in a long time. The atmosphere was fabulous! Steph and Michelle were wonderful hosts, cooked up a delicious breakfast, and nailed the guest experience. To top it all off, the views are amazing! We can't wait to come back and stay again. Make your trip one to remember, and book the room!

Unique and charming Arizona B&B!

Beautiful gem of a place, with friendly hosts that were amazing chefs at breakfast each morning. More stars than I’ve ever seen in the sky, and a view that stretched to the mountains. Comfy bed, roomy shower, clean and feeling new. They were even nice enough to accommodate my wife’s food allergies.

The bed was absolutely fabulous and I'm super picky! The breakfast was fantastic with super good hot chocolate and juice! Everything was so clean and the yard had so many fun things to do. I loved seeing the chickens in the pen nearby. Instead of white hotel towels, they were nice thick gray ones and even the TP was high quality. We will definitely stay again!
