Relax with the views or hike at the creek at the bottom of our 1.4 acre property. (it's a 10 min walk or a 2 min drive) Amazing Views! Award-winning vineyards, Old Town Cottonwood, the mining town Jerome, Montezuma's Castle, Tuzigoot, Ft Verde, Cliff Castle Casino, and the Grand Canyon is just under 2 hours north. Outdoor grill. The space
Large living room for relaxing after sightseeing (note: the fireplace is for decoration and light, not for wood use), full kitchen, dining room, Arizona room with a large desk for working (if you can) or games, or enjoy breakfast here while you watch the hot air balloons over the valley. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bring your wine, favorite coffee KCups and relax!

Need to check in early or check out late? That will be determined by other guests If it is booked the same day, we cannot change the times. Due to Sanitization, Your safety and our cleaning staff safety is our priority.
Guest access
Lots of outdoor seating - and 2 hammocks for amazing sunsets and star gazing! Huge, covered, front porch for relaxing or dining outside. Evenings are cool here even in the summer!

Pet Policy / Exterior Cameras / The Area---( 2 dog max) $150/dog.

Pet policy: Sorry NO CATS - owner suffers from allergy induced asthma and literally can't breathe when exposed to cat hair, this severe allergy to cats means we cannot accept cats under any circumstances.

Our dog fee is $150/stay. We have bowls for you along with a towel & blanket. Please clean up after your pet and please do not have the pets on the beds. The property is not fenced. Select pet when making your reservation in the extra fee section.


Exterior Cameras: There are cameras on the exterior of the home. These cameras are motion sensored for security purposes only. There are no interior cameras.

The area is quiet, peaceful, and filled with nature. If you are lucky you might see deer eating the mulberry leaves in the fall. There is an important birding area just north so you will see herons fly over the house, along with eagles, and hawks.
