”Perfect accommodation that has enough rooms for all our family as we got together in the local area. The younger members loved the play equipment and the great space to kick the ball in etc. Rooms were well maintained and comfortable, and the outdoor space at some was excellent for when we all gathered for a drink or a meal. Definitely recommend. Great price point for when we were there. ”

”The Motel was very quiet, located off the main road. Generally, the room was well appointed and bed comfortable. Overnight the outside Temp dropped to -3.8 degrees, but the heater coped very well and the room stayed warm. The receptionist was very helpful with advice for places for dinner. No problems staying again. ”

”Nice people after I complained about the air freshener in the room as well that single women always get awful rooms. It is the same wherever you are. We wonen pay the same price and should be given the same as they do for men. The ladies in the establishment were very good and I was updated to as better room, which was great. I recommend this place and hope that women will stand up to get better accomodation than offered.”

”Great location short walk into town etc, the Motel Manager Josie is an amazing person very friendly,approachable and very eager to please guests this is the second time staying at the Statesman and certainly won’t be the last 😀”

”Beautiful surrounds, liked the bar area fireplace in a cold day. Heaters going outside as well Stayed long weekend, breakfast first night on Friday was amazing but last day was so different. I think the staff should take notice when no orange juice and ask me to go to the bar, then the bar ask me to go to reception to request it be fillef”

”Last minute booking needed and difficult to find at reasonable price. Then this one popped up so I took it. Really glad we did. Spacious, easy check in, restaurant on site well priced, quiet. Everything we needed was there. Very happy with our find and will book again. ”
