This one-bedroom retreat with additional sleeping spaces comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, blending stylish interiors with family-friendly charm. With a bright, open kitchen and living room at its heart, this home makes every vacation moment feel like a celebration.

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The open-concept living and kitchen area is airy and inviting, anchored by beamed ceilings that add warmth and character. A sleeper sofa, accent chairs, and built-in bench seating create a comfortable gathering space with direct porch access. In the kitchen, high-end Jenn-Air appliances and a large island with seating for four make it easy to cook, snack, or sip cocktails together.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: This home maximizes every inch with sleeping options for up to 5. The primary king suite features a Serena & Lily bed with a plush Purple mattress, plus a private ensuite bathroom. Additional sleeping spaces include a charming bunk room loft, a full bed, and a twin—perfect for kids or extra guests. The sleeper sofa in the living room offers even more flexibility.

GREAT FEATURES: Thoughtful details elevate the experience—from high-end appliances to stylish finishes throughout. Guests enjoy a washer and dryer for convenience, multiple Smart TVs for streaming, and a porch for fresh air and relaxation. Driving 1.5 miles is necessary from Cinnamon Shore South to access Cinnamon Shore North's amenities.

NO PETS ALLOWED: IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED. Five O'Clock Somewhere is a non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering Five O'Clock Somewhere, the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. An automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 will be added to the reservation, as well as any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Nice but could be way better

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach was very clean and nice. The house was very cute and well decorated. We had mostly everything we needed. Some friendly suggestions- have water in the fridge for your customers and coffee. For the high prices we pay to stay there, that’s a minimum. The house was clean except the windows and doors had grimy fingerprints all over the glass door and windows- looked dirty. It would be more convenient for your customers to check in online and then be given a code to the door to get in the home. Very inconvenient check in and out process for customers on the south side. I realize there are hurricane doors but this was very inconvenient carrying around a key on a beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas I paid an arm and a leg for should stay out on the beach until at least 7 or 7:30. 5 pm wasn’t long enough for what I paid. The price of the golf carts is outrageous and should be lowered to an affordable price so all can enjoy. Other than those things, it was a beautiful resort and very well appointed decor in the home and surrounding landscapes.

Reviewer Comments: great house, clean and well maintained. would not return to this property due to: 1) refrigerator/freezer without ice dispenser and one tray for ice making - insufficient for a family. 2) no dust pan to help mitigate sand cleanup3) bedrooms have 0 dressers to stow away clothes for a week vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had heard of Cinnamon Shores and was excited to try it out. We were booked for 3 nights and only stayed one. Our unit was located on the South side and it felt post apocalyptic. There was construction everywhere and we were one of the only people on that side. Our unit was very small. The front door handle was very loose and made it difficult to lock and unlock. There are no window coverings of any kind on the front door, so when you're sitting in the living room everyone walking by can see straight in at you. Although the unit smelled like it was new, there was definitely wear and tear. There is only a pool bar on the south side and they only serve food until 3:00. So, if you want anything to eat, drink or to shop, you have to drive over to the North side. Unfortunately the weather was lousy with 100% cloud cover, fog and rainy, so we didn't get to enjoy the beach at all.

Great First Trip to Cinnamon Shore

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family really enjoyed our first trip to Cinnamon Shore. Our stay in Five O’Clock Somewhere in Cinnamon Shore South was very comfortable. The cottage was bright and beachy and we didn’t have an issue with the ongoing construction in South. The pool at South was fantastic and not crowded. It was fun to explore the developing South addition on our rented golf cart (an absolute must, especially if staying at South). The beach at a South was also far less crowded and felt very private. A few welcome improvements to the cottage would be hooks for towels and swim suits on the porch or in the laundry area, a window shade on the full glass front door for privacy and waste baskets in the bathrooms. The front door handle was broken at checkin, but maintenance quickly handled the issue.

The inside was clean and there was plenty of storage downstairs.The things that could be improved:1) More storage in the master bedroom. There are two small drawers in the night stands and a closet.2) The master bedroom has just enough room for the bed and tables. It feels tight.3) The master bed is up very high.4) The exterior of the house needs a cleaning.5) There is a lot of construction in the neighborhood. They do not work on weekends, which helps with noise.

I planned this trip last minute and was treated like Family. The house was perfect and the resort is exactly what Port Aransas and my Family needed. Cinnamon Shore was designed and carefully thought out. From the paint colors on the houses to the pools and the shops. Once you check in there really is no reason to leave. I mean this place has it all. There is a coffee shop, a store , several places to grab a pizza, burger, ice cream and even a place to take your wife for some fine dining. This place is Our Family’s new vacation spot. Thanks Cinnamon Shore for taking care of us. Sincerely,The Ramirez Family
