”We loved our stay! The house has a great use of space and our family of four never felt crowded. The pool was spotless and refreshing. The neighborhood was very quiet but close enough to town not to be inconvenient. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners were delightful. We were very comfortable and would definitely book again. One of my favorite rentals!”

The fishing was great with the exception of the lighting it needs more lighting Joy have your maintenance guy install a few more lights and you will be set . Also correct your listing because it stays a 20 foot pier when it’s every bit of 200 foot . That alone will get you more customers. Over all expect me and my group to return soon . ”The home is located perfectly for fishing, visiting the beach, and going to the store because we always gorget something 😀. The back yard is lovely for BBQ the pation has perfect space under an awning so you can enjoy the outdoors with out being in the sun. Coffee in the porch is also nice, if you're lucky you get to see deer grazing in the yard across the street.”

”I really enjoyed my stay in Rockport. Never been. The cottage was perfect. Close to the beach. The property was really nice as well. I'm not used to having such nice lush grass. Being next to a main road, you would think you would hear traffic but it was quiet inside. Just FYI, if you are not used to a Roku tv, you will want to download the Roku remote app. The actual remote doesn't haven't volume buttons apparently. Nor does the TV from what I could tell. ”I loved how easy it was to check in. Super close to the beach, had a couple minor issues that one of the property mgrs came and fixed within 1/2 hour. It was the perfect size for 2 of us. Although we could have fit more. The listing did seem like there was 2 rooms, it was really the living room w pull out couch that had a lock on the door as well as a bedroom w/ bunk and queen. It was very comfy!”

”The house was nice and location was perfect, we had some problems getting checked in but the host was very attentive in fixing the issues and really went above and beyond. We were unable to get the TV to work in the room as well as the Wi-Fi but overall it was a good stay.”
