Cute cottage in the heart of Rockport. Located just a short walk to the city pier, Rockport Beach and the City Festival Grounds. This quaint cottage has a Queen size bed and a Full bathroom with a tub/ Shower. There is also a small kitchenette with a Kuerig coffee maker, microwave and mini- fridge. Coffee cups, linens and towels are provided. This is the perfect place to stay when enjoying an exciting fishing trip, Romantic getaway or just some time at the beach. This cottage is also pet friendly, has a Community BBQ area and fast speed Wifi.

Clean room! Easy to find! Close to beach access! Great area for our pet. Fairly quiet, normal town noises BUT not major siren sounds. Slept well. Would stay again and interested in the bigger rental next door for a family trip!

The cottage was clean and provided coffee maker and coffee pods. Compared to others it was a little sparse in the little kitchen area. I had my fur baby with us. The grass had not been mowed and was past my ankle. In the morning with the dew, it was so wet. I didn’t want to use the cottage towels to dry my small dog so I used my t-shirt to dry him off. The queen bed was comfortable, but the spring mattress was noisy every time my husband turned. The dining area was very uncomfortable. A low cocktail table and metal chairs.You have to bend at the waist to eat. And last but not least, the one chair provided to watch TV. A barrel faux leather chair. Very uncomfortable. You seat in it and you slide. In order to have a nice comfortable stay these things must change. We will not stay in this room again. On the positive side the location is close to everything. You decide.

This was a perfect place to stay for our 3-day getaway!! the price was excellent, and the cottage was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were great!!! Close to everything in town. We had a great time. Would definitely stay here again 5 stars!! This will be our new destination spot for our next visit for sure!! Will try one of the other cottages, there are several to pick from.

Great spot for vacation

Perfect getaway spot for two! Walking distance (easy) to the beach, plenty of good little spots local for food, would absolutely go back! Clean room, AC worked great, yard was perfect for the dogs. Excellent!

Nice.

Very nice, clean and well-maintained property. Repurposed old church, interesting. Walking distance to the marina and museum. Cottage/room #2, not very big but big enough for us, the layout is a little weird, the TV is off to the side from where the bed faces. If it were my place I would try to move the TV and the bed more to the center of the room to make it more comfortable to watch TV, since the bed is the only place you can really watch TV from. My only real issue is the residual smell of the cleaning fluids which I found a little overpowering and made it difficult to sleep the first night. My spouse doesn't have a problem with this sort of thing, I find it a problem in many places we stay, so maybe I'm over-sensitive. Anyway, the second night wasn't so bad, either the smell lessened, or the newly purchased Benadryl wiped it out. Also, could use some stir sticks or utensils for the coffee, and maybe some real coffee mugs and glasses instead of the paper cups.

Awesome Place

Cozy cottage in a well kept area near the police station. Great surroundings in walking distance for the marina, park, etc. The cottage is very nice with great decor and cleanliness. Thanks for the opportunity to stay again and again. My second star and I plan to have this as my stay destination.

Rockport Cottages

Had a great stay, the cottage was the perfect size for 1 person. Also loved that I was able to have my dogs with me on my trip back home. The place was spotless, very neat and clean. The only 2 things that I would say could improve at this property is maybe having a small fenced in community yard for the dogs and also cutting the grass shorter to shew away the mosquitoes! Other than that, I highly recommend.

Home away from home!

Such a cute, cute place! I’ve stayed here several times now in Cottages 2 and 7. Love it! So close to the beach and town! Cottages are always clean! Nina is easy to contact and readily available.
