”The staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants, easy parking , just off the highway, and minutes to downtown area shopping and more restaurants.. Price was very reasonable .”

”Called hotel from the airport around 10:30pm to order the free shuttle. No answer - tried several times and just rang out. Ended up getting an Uber. Arrived around 11pm. Customer service from the front desk was virtually non existent, so was not surprised nobody picked up the phone when I called. Was asked if I needed the shuttle in the morning but was then told all the early shuttles were already fully booked. The room itself was fine other than very poor water pressure from the bathroom sink...

”Decent priced accommodation close to DFW. Free airport shuttle available, but unfortunately it did not always work back to the motel. No problem to airport though. Nice breakfast included. The building was already a bit old.”

”This hotel was amazing! Staff is super receptive and saw them provide exceptional service to everyone not just myself. We checked in super late and there was a problem with the room type that we ordered however, they provided a solution check-in that was acceptable. Every staff person that we came across during our stay was friendly helpful, and went above and beyond.”

”Be prepared to see a lot of charges on your card. I booked my stay through Expedia and paid it. I when I got there they said they needed to do a $200 hold on my card for any incidentals. I bought the “meal pass” which was a rip off. $175 for $120 credits for food and it was not explained by the employees. They said it covered breakfast, lunch and dinner. The credits were basically enough for dinner and breakfast. Dinner was $25 a person for the buffet and the breakfast buffet was a little...

”Everything was clean and staff was helpful and amazing. Loved the pool staying open until 12a.m. Comfortable beds no bugs. Highly recommended”
