”Joe was an excellent host and great communicator. Got an email from him early the day of check in that place was ready and we could check in early. The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. ”Clean, safe and quiet. Great hotel for adults, there were no kids running around. Modern and the heating in the room worked well. The outdoor jacuzzi was so relaxing. I read that someone complained about thin walls: during my stay some noise could be heard but nothing that was bothering me, would def stay here again! The unhoused live in the park a block away but there was no trouble during the whole week. I bought breakfast for some and they were very kind and thankful. ”
