"I had the basic room which was just off the stairs. It's small and quite dark. It's fine for a one night stop over or if you plan to be out all day. Staff are friendly, location is very central and lots of free parking."

"There were no staff to see or speak to, very disappointing. Play facilities were cordoned off so our child could not access them. No food service but no fridge in room to store any food either, very disappointing. Bathroom water from shower spreads across the floor, creating a falls hazard. Our child ..."
