”The facility is clean and well maintained, plenty of parking and well located. I was given a handicap room and it is was very dark with false windows and frosted glass and dim light behind the glass. There was 1 lamp and bed lights, but that was not sufficient to provide adequate light for this room. The TV remote did not work, they replaced it but then the TV would not turn off, it had to be unplugged. The bathroom was awkward, no vanity and the toilet paper roll would not stay in the holder....

”The first room we wee in was on the ground level with a broken window. The staff did give us another room. The new rokm the ac didnt work. Then in the middle of the night someone was screaming for at least 10 minutes. The bathroom had hair on the floor.”

”Checked in and checked right back out. Filthy, scary and looked like people lived there. Room smelled of smoke and the smoke detector was pulled off wall and missing. They should be in Expedia. Awful! There were police officers in the parking lot when we pulled in.”
