Excellent

We loved the place...Marco is a very kind and friendly and easy going. The pool is clean, wazer so fresh. The location is close to camucia and cortona to go out. We had wonderful walking close to the apartment and enjoyed the nature. We will definitely return.

Parfait

Marco est très discret alors que sa propriété est entretenue au cordeau (il taille, nettoie, entretien le matin tôt et sans bruit afin de nous laisser profiter au mieux des lieux. Il sait aussi nous renseigner sur les lieux alentours, dans un anglais parfait. La piscine est idéalement située, toujours au soleil et dans un décor de carte postale. Le logement est suffisamment équipé pour une famille de 4 personnes pendant une semaine, propre, le linge de maison est de qualité . Un seul bémol mais qui ne dépend pas du logement : les moustiques sont voraces en Toscane :)

Nice place

It is in the Tuscan country side. It comes with all wonderful features such as calm with the only sound audible are birds and chicades happily singing. The swimming pool is nice and shared by three families and the owners family. We needed the air conditioning on and off as it was during the hot spell and the additional cost for this was 28euros for a week. The windows have mosquito nets but even so they come in to eat you up so we recommend keeping the windows and door closed if you suffer from mosquito bites. One and the only negative factor was the drainage for the shower. If you didn't want to stand in an inch/2.5cm of dirty puddle you had to stand on the raised area which was what we did in the end and it is doable. I expect unless a major work is done to the drainage this is quite normal in Tuscany. We have had similar in other places. Marco, the owner speaks excellent English and is there for whatever the questions and requests. Extra freezer and fridge space was provided for each villas in a communal fridge freezer which was very welcome. Bring everything such as bin liner, sponge for washing up, washing up liquid, soap, salt and pepper, etc. But kitchen utensils and crockery and cutlery are provided as well as towels and sheets.

Super séjour

Très bonne location. Nous y avons déjà séjourné plusieurs fois. Propriétaire très gentil, discret mais toujours présent en cas de besoin. Endroit très paisible et agréable. Très belle région. Location exactement comme sur les photos.

Erholung mit toller Lage

Wir haben uns bei Marco und seiner Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Gleich zu Beginn erhielten wir tolle Tipps zur Umgebung und hatten jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits etwa 10 Autominuten von Camucia und weiter 7 Minuten von Cortona entfernt. Dadurch hat man aber seine Ruhe und kann die typische Toskana mit ihren weiten Feldern und Zypressen geniesen. Auch von den Haustieren (4 Katzen und 1 Hund) wurden wir freundlich aufgenommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Einzig der Tv ist etwas klein, aber wer kommt schon zum Fernsehen in die Toskana? Der Pool ist traumhaft und einen Grill hatten wir auch zur Verfügung. Die gesamte Anlage entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Klimaanlage kann man für einen geringen Aufpreis hinzubuchen. Wir können diese Unterkunft vollstens empfehlen.

Ruhige Urlaubsoase mit Ausblick

Schöne Anlage mit gepflegtem Garten, schönem Pool und Fernblick auf Cortona. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die gut englisch sprechen. Geräumige und gut ausgestattete 2 -Zi Wohnung mit privater Terrasse. Nur die Internet-Verbindung könnte besser sein.

Eine wunderschöne Anlage mit super Pool und viel Platz zum Spielen für die Kids! Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub bei Euch! Vielen Dank und sicherlich auf ein Wiedersehen!

Tranquille et bien placé

séjour à 4 en famille. Logement fonctionnel et très agréable. Jardin super bien entretenu. Belle piscine. Les enfants et nous aussi avons aimé. Et un petit coup de voiture pour visite plein de belles choses à proximité.

Magnifique !

Dans un cadre idyllique, extérieurs soignés, piscine agréable (attention aux bords glissants avec des enfants), intérieur d'une grande propreté, nous avons passé un magnifique séjour près de Cortona (à découvrir !). Location très agréable

Très belle location qui correspond exactement à la description et aux photos. La situation géographique est intéressante, la propriété est très bien entretenue, nous avons pu profiter du calme environnant ainsi que de la grande piscine. Nous avons également apprécié la disponibilité et la discrétion du propriétaire. Pour être plus que parfait, un réfrigérateur plus grand serait le bienvenu. Un gîte à recommander vivement.

Excellent Séjour

Perfect apartment, gracious host, great location

This was the best apartment we rented in Italy! It was beautifully furnished - it looked fairly new inside, was well stocked with things for the kitchen. Had dressers to put away clothes. Pool was nice & quiet. Host came to car to meet us when we arrived, which was so nice because we had trouble hooking up with previous owner. There is a cute dog on property which our kids liked. It was not bothersome or loud. The location was close to Cortona. Note the pillows are not feathers and the bed is US King size. The pull out sofa bed also looks like king size.

Tolle Wohnung für Traumurlaub

Ein wunderschön Platz auf einem Toskanahügel mit sensationellem Weitblick! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr still- und geschmackvoll aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Die absolut ruhige Lage, das Ambiente des alten Anwesens und der wunderschöne Blick von der Terrasse und über den Rand des Pools haben uns sofort begeistert. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos im Internet. Auch dank der Ausführlichen schriftlichen Hinweise des Vermieters findet man sich dort sehr schnell zurecht. Weingut unmittelbar in Nachbarschaft und preisgünstige Restaurants mit typisch toskanischer Küche. Es ist ein Glück, dieses Kleinod gefunden zu haben-wir werden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen! trés joli gite dans un style toscan

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances dans ce gite extrêmement propre , confortable , calme et dans un environnement joliment fleuri . Marco nous a bien conseillé sur tout ce qui nous interessait et nous aurions beaucoup de plaisir à revenir.

nous avons passé un superbe séjour en toscane chez ce propriétaire : location d'une propreté irréprochable ,literie très bonne - service discret et efficace - piscine très bien entretenue environnement calme et reposant - nous y reviendrons c'est sure il y a temps de choses à visiter !!

Endroit super avec des propriétaires très sympathiques, présents pour répondre aux questions des hôtes, pour donné conseils et vraiment pas envahissant. A recommander car endroit calme mais super bien situé et belle piscine.....Bien le bonjour d'ailleurs à toute la famille et avec souhait de pouvoir y retourner...

"I stayed in Marco''s hom...

"I stayed in Marco''s home for a week with my wife and three children. I must say, that Marco is a very friendly and helpful host, he sends detailed driving directions to all his renters which is extremely helpful, it''s really easy to find his house. The apartment was clean, kitchen was equipped enough to buy food for all my family, bathroom was spacious and clean, the garden was kept in perfect order, the water in a swimming pool was clean, so it was all perfect, just as it should be. The only drawback was, that as Marco''s property is not fully fenced it happened a few times, that dogs from outside entered the property, and scared the children (but doing no harm to them). Of course it doesn''t refer to Marco''s dog, his dog is very friendly, and likes playing with children. Oh, one more thing, Marco speaks good English, also members of his family do, so no problem with communication."
