”This place is great despite a couple of major draw backs. The shuttle situation needs to be revisited. Too many people due to the shuttle serving two Hyatt locations. The pool is also not heated.. Which everytime I've been leaves the water freezing cold and the hot tub is often down.
Other than that, the breakfast is awesome and the place us spacious and clean.”

”The room was big and clean.
The breakfast was ok but we missed some cheese. It was a bit difficult with the shuttle bus, because it did not leave at specific times, but you had to call the hotel. I called twice and waited a long time before they answered. Then they could not tell how long we had to wait. Anything up to some hours. When we finally got the bus after one hour everything worked well. According to the price we were quite happy with the hotel, but next time we probably choose a hotel...

”It had been 2 years since we had stayed at this property and it was not as nice in 2026. We rented 2 rooms for 3 adults for a total of 4 nights. Rooms are to be “refreshed” each day with new towels. Our 2 rooms were skipped and not refreshed for 2 of the days we stayed there. After being gone all day, we had to chase down someone from housekeeping to exchange our towels.
