”I wanted to stay somewhere charming and not a sterile, impersonal chain hotel. The tiled floors are gorgeous and the simple white linens just perfect. It felt effortless.The staff are warm, smiling, accommodating and calm. The pool was being cleaned which was disappointing. ”We reserved a family room; in the info as I did the reservation was stated that the room was for up to 4 persons with 2 double beds and that the hotels policy was that all children under 11-years could stay for free. But at the check-inn we were charged for 2 "extra-adults" even though we were only 4 adults and 2 children (under 5 & 7 year olds).”
