”Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and self-parking was straightforward and convenient for visitors. ”Beautiful property. It was our refuge each day. The pool was so nice and such a great break from all the vendors on the beach while still getting the ocean view. Our room was clean. It was perfect. My only advice is to stay away from Playa CastilloGrande. We got scammed by guys there giving us a ride to Tierra Bomba, particularly Playa Linda. Don't do it..no matter how nice they are when selling. You won't experience the samw niceness when they bring you back and ask for double or triple the...

”Hotel was very loud, in unsafe are. There are a lot of drug dealers in the area trying to sell anything and everything. There are a lot of people hanging around the hotel at all hours. Also the hotel is right next flight path. Expect to hear airplane noises in the room. I did not feel safe going outside after dark. Service was very poor, rude and employees tryed to make extra money. Breakfest and cleanines of the hotel was good. Water pressure on the shower was very low. It would be hard to wash...

”Property was great overall. Proximity to airport was a positive with the ONE exception that on one of the mornings we had a plane so close, it felt as if right over our heads at 6:30am. BUT - all in all, the food for breakfast was great, staff was amazing and pools were nice and clean, so would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.”
