Unreliable and Unprofessional - My Reservation Was Canceled Without Notice
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I booked my room well in advance and received confirmation, but when I arrived, I was told that my reservation was canceled without notifying me. No call. No email. Nothing.
The front desk staff offered no real apology or solution. When I asked to speak to the hotel manager I was told that there was no manager on duty and only the front desk manager could help me. After an hour of stopping everyone who looked like they worked there the hotel manager appeared and offered me a less than desirable option which refused until they offered me something better.
I chose this hotel based on location and decent past reviews, but clearly they have major issues with their booking system and customer service. I would not trust them again for any future stay. If you need reliability and basic courtesy, look elsewhere.
