”After having hiked over 200 km in a week, Casa Nook was exactly the place we wished for. It was quiet and comfortable, with a nice pool and cozy living room and kitchen to share. Breakfast was nice, with freshly baked bread and yummie yoghurt. We felt very happy in Casa Nook!”

”Very nice hotel with a lovely breakfast. The downside was no heating inside in the end of October. It was 8 degrees outside in the morning = cold inside.”

”This is THE place to stay!! Just like coming home. Only 5 lovely rooms all facing the pool. Breakfast is so good and beautifully served at the table by the lovely owners. A big livingroom with many places to sit and read and a help yourself bar. We did the fisherman’s trail and the place is about 15 minuts up from the trail. A nice restaurant nearby. I can really recommend this smal lovely hotel .”

”Great location, fantastic town”

”Great hotel at great location. We really enjoyed our two day stay here. Pool was great and room was cosy. Surrounding areas were interesting at the "edge of the world". Nearby sea was the cleanest we saw during our trip to Portugal. ”

”Beautiful property! A bit out of the way. If I returned would stay in Luz. No desk person was ever there except for check in. Always felt safe. Parking was great. The breakfast staff was wonderful and so was the breakfast. In your room there is a notice about not eating in your room as it would attract ants. I found this annoying and thought unrealistic on their part. Who doesn’t eat or have snacks when away in their room? A worker sealed and sprayed the room opposite to us when we were there. We...

”No beach view, only view was the wall of the courtyard. My room looked nothing like what is shown in the pictures. Good enough to crash for one night but not more than that. ”

”We can not recommend this place where there were a lot af noise through the night from some kind of machine in the building. Furthermore it was rather hard to find - and there was no reception and no staff after 7 pm.”

”Excellent experience and very welcoming host. We recommend!”

”Great breakfast!”

”A very good apartment, fully equipped kitchen, just in a few minute walk from a beach, beautiful nature, and city center. The abandoned building just nearby looks frightening, but it did not affect the stay in any way. Thank you so much to the hotel’s amazing receptionist (sorry, I forgot your name…), you create so warm atmosphere and really care about guests! ”
