”Location was just perfect to walk around the old Porto and to its tourist attractions. Short walking distance from Personnell was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and with no city background noice. Good breakfast with tasty and fresh orange juice. The coffee machine was free to use all time for hotel quests. Hotel interior has many stairs and narrow corridors.”

”Beautiful room, spacious bathroom, great location by the park on a hill. We arrived from the airport by metro to the Rato station. Staff very friendly and eager to help, whatever we asked. Breakfast good, especially orange juice. Always warm milk for coffee. Casa do Principe is on the first floor but there's an elevator. Wi-fi worked very well in the room. Many restaurants nearby. Musicians in the park across the street in the evenings. A nice little kiosk to buy bacalhaus or coffee or a glass...

Very good location, check-in was easy even outside the actual check-in time and we were served wine while waiting! Clean rooms, comfortable bed and great pillows. ”The room was very clean. My flight got in Porto at 7 am and they were able store my luggage and give me a map of the city to go explore before my check-in time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great, I had the single room with Balcony that had a nice view of the river. I walked to and from the centre a couple times a day, even all the way to Gaia which was only a 30 min walk. I saw other reviews so I can prepared with earplugs, so noise was not an issue for me.
