From the garden, you enter the cozy living room with open-plan kitchen via the outdoor staircase. Relax on the spacious corner sofa and read a book. Need to catch up on some work? The dining table is perfect. We have super-fast internet. A rotisserie air conditioner provides cooling and heating. Kitchen
The open-plan kitchen has everything you need: a four-burner induction cooktop, oven, extractor hood, and refrigerator. There's a kettle and a Lavazza espresso machine, which you can also use to make cappuccino. Beautiful tableware, quality pans, and a complete knife set are provided. Bathroom

You have your own private 135 m² garden with a garden set, lounge sofa, two sun loungers, and seating. You look out over rolling hills covered in vines and, in clear weather, the snow-capped peaks of the Alps. It's green and peaceful. The silence embraces you.

Swimming Pool, Garden, and Wine Cellar
Besides Villa Uve, Casa di Mia Zia Bed & Wine has only one other holiday home, Suite Erbaluce. We also live there ourselves. The jewel of the house is the wine cellar. There you can sample the finest Piedmont wines. We have a 5,000 m² estate with several seating areas and a long communal table for pleasant get-togethers. There's currently an above-ground swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. You can meet in the courtyard, but it's not required.

We have super-fast internet, making it possible to work, browse, or watch TV on your phone, tablet, or computer in your holiday home and throughout the property.

We are an adult-focused Bed & Wine (adults only) and gay-friendly. Everyone can be themselves. We offer a smoke-free environment on our property and in the accommodations. We live as sustainably as possible: we have solar panels, a heat pump, and separate waste. Our water is decalcified and purified, making it safe to drink. Free parking is available on our spacious grounds.

Costigliole d'Asti
The village center of the castle village of Costigliole d'Asti is a 4-minute drive away. You can walk there in 20 minutes through our orchard. The village has several restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, banks, and more. There are also charging stations for your car. Alba and Asti are a 15-minute drive away, Turin an hour, and Genoa an hour and a half.
