”Beautiful building & lovely garden. Our room was huge & very nice. The staff were very helpful. The reason this is not “excellent”overall is that we were there on a Sunday & the restaurant is closed. That was not a major problem but you do have to drive somewhere for dinner & we’d been in the car all day. We were directed to the nearby coast & it was lovely. But when we returned about 8pm thinking we’d have a drink in the sun in the garden, so the driver could enjoy a drink, the bar was also...

”Recurring stay at this no nonsense accommodation in central Calais. Quirky rooms, individual designs. Owner is converting it into apartments so sadly, only a few years left to stay here. Parking on the street is free and safe or you can park securely for a few euros. Wife and I love this place and have been visiting here 20 years regularly. ”
