”This property was a mixed bag. First the good. Communication and cooperation with the management was excellent (thanks Rosi)! Front and backyard was natural green grass and quite nice. House was reasonably clean.Neighborhood is pleasant and parking is ample. All the bedrooms are upstairs. All flooring was wood (no carpeting).But the kitchen utensils were lacking, especially the bigger bowls and pans. Many vrbo's have a nice selection of spices. ”This property was just Ok. It definitely needs some TLC..It’s pretty beat up. We also found the description not to be totally up to date. Although not an issue for us, the description says each of the 3 rooms also has a futon bed making it sleep 9 guests total, but each room only had 1 bed. It also shows board games in the photos as well as stating there are games, which we didn’t not find. ”The house was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood close to many shops and grocery stores. Convenient to get onto the 55 and head anywhere also. Beds were comfortable. Communication was prompt and clear. The only minor issue was there appeared to be one or two light switches that didn’t work in the master bedroom. As for potential improvements and considerations, there could be brighter lighting in some of the bedrooms and the downstairs bathroom felt a bit cramped for some. Overall a...
