”We really enjoyed our stay at Lords of the Manor. The house is absolutely beautiful and the ground surrounding it are classic picturesque countryside. Lovely walk through upper and lower slaughter. We had dinner at the restaurant which was a bit too fancy and pricey for our tastes but the staff were lovely and very kind. The room was wonderful for the night and I would recommend it!”

”This B&B was a nice surprise. The owner of the B&B welcomed us warmly and told some good tips what to see and eat in Bourton on the water. Breakfast was traditional English breakfast with ham and eggs. Would have stayed there another night but it was full booked the day after. This is the best B&B that you can find from Bourton on the water and I would recommend it truly.”

”Very lovely place, just how you would picture a countryside cottage to be! Great location. It’s private, tucked away near the entrance of Bourton-on-the-water, away from the crowds that’s visiting the village during the day. We enjoyed the short walk into the center of the village without worry about fighting for parking. It’s a perfect spot to base in the Cotswolds, and convenient to drive around to visit other villages. Highly recommended!”

”Lovely property just a short walk into the centre of Bourton on the water, though beware there is a very steep hill to climb when walking back. Very spacious. Lounge and open plan kitchen could do with a bit of an update. Fabulous views across the country side and so many different species of birds to view from the very large window in the lounge. Owners very kindly left binoculars and a bird book. Extremely quiet setting. Stayed Friday to Monday and it was a really lovely break. ”
