”This is a beautiful hotel in the best location. On the highstreet in Chipping Camden. Our room was lovely and spacious. But when we got to the room it had a large portable fan in it and the front desk person informed us that the room did not have A/C. I was so sure that when I booked the room it said it was one with A/C. When we were checking out, a staff member came to help us take our suitcases down to the lobby and when I queried the A/C or lack thereof, they said the room did have it. So...
