”Idyllic setting in a peaceful Cotswold village with beautiful gardens and views but still close to other towns and villages. Very nicely furnished bedroom and a fantastic large bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Only slight negative to our room (Pheasant Nest) was some noise from bedroom above (creaky floor and running water). Thoroughly recommended”

”The room, separate to and, around the back of the pub was stunning. It was warm and cosy with a controllable radiator for heat. Bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. No shower, but a lovely bath with a handheld shower head. Perfect place to stay before starting the Thames Path. Food was elevated pub fare, and brekkie was the standard full English.”

”Sehr schönes Zimmer, Frühstück nicht inbegriffen und etwas teuer. Das Restaurant ist in einem Zelt vor dem Hotel. Daher war es etwas kühl und nicht sehr gemütlich. Aber das Essen war super.”
