Perched on a small hilltop in the peaceful area of Paradise, Orchid Villa, Nevis, offers sweeping ocean views, a private pool and three beautiful ensuite double rooms. Just a short walk from the beach, you can spend your days by the pool or on the sand, and your evenings watching the sun go down over the water.

Whilst close enough to easily access all the beautiful parts of Nevis, far enough to feel like your own quiet corner of the island.

The space
One side of the villa looks straight out over Paradise Beach and the sunset; the other, an uninterrupted view of the volcano with local monkeys often passing by whilst you enjoy a morning coffee on the front porch. This three-bedroom retreat is ideal for families, friends, or couples travelling together, with every bedroom ensuite so everyone has their own serenity, space and privacy.

The Cove
Orchid villa's principal room, opening directly off the main living space. A comfortable double bed, with the option to add a single bed: ideal for families travelling with a child. Sunset-facing balcony access shared with the rest of the villa, your own private ensuite, and wardrobe and drawer space to truly make yourself at home.

The Nook
A bright corner retreat off the main living area. Double bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the shared balcony for evening drinks as the sun goes down.

The Den
Tucked down its own private corridor, this is the villa's quiet hideaway. Double bed, a dedicated ensuite bathroom, and your own private balcony to watch the sunset in complete seclusion. The most secluded of the three rooms, perfect for guests wanting a little extra distance from shared spaces. This room may have weaker wifi signals.

Kitchen
Open-plan and fully equipped for cooking up island produce or a quick coffee before the beach: fridge, oven, hob, kettle, and toaster, plus crockery and generous cupboard space. The window over the sink frames a straight view onto Nevis Peak, making even the washing up feel like a moment to pause and enjoy. The kitchen flows into a large living space with two sofas, two armchairs, a dining table, games, and an old TV.

Step outside to the back balcony, shared across the villa's bedrooms, where evenings mean settling into the lounging chair to watch the sun sink over Paradise Beach, or gathering the whole family around the old-style wooden dining table for dinner as the sky turns gold. On the other side, the front porch offers a shadier, cooler spot with table and chairs looking out toward the volcano — a lovely place for morning coffee while keeping an eye out for the local monkeys.

Lex and Shea live on-site in a completely self-contained annexe, entirely separate from the villa, sharing only the main gate access, you will have full run of the property with total privacy. We provide cleaning services throughout your stay, along with any other help you might need — giving you the privacy of a villa, with the luxury of a hotel stay.

Spend your days by the private pool or on the beach, just a short walk away, and your evenings watching the sun go down over the water. Nevis moves at its own pace, and Orchid Villa lets you do the same.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire villa, all three ensuite bedrooms (The Cove, The Nook, and The Den), the open-plan kitchen and living area, the private pool, garden, back balcony, and front porch.

Any doors or cupboards with locks on are private owner storage and not included as part of your stay.

Outside of these areas, the whole villa and grounds are yours to enjoy
