Puma Place

Welcome to our Cottonwood home, only a short drive to Sedona. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Comfortable three bedroom, two bath home. Enjoy your morning coffee on the enclosed deck and an evening glass of wine by the firepit or a relaxing time in the hot tub in our private fenced backyar. Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy dining out at one of the many excellent restaurants in Old Town Cottonwood.

Perfect stay near Verde Canyon

This was a great stay for us near the Verde Canyon Railroad. Nice location, very clean, comfortable house with an outdoor patio. Luz was kind and allowed us to enter the property prior to check in so we could drop off our luggage before we had to be at the train depot. Would definitely stay here again if we needed to.

A simple retreat

We needed a place to stay central to the Verde Valley to attend a celebration of life service for my father in law. It was in Chino Valley. We also had to visit family in Clarkdale. We might have stayed in a hotel in Cottonwood but would've been cramped and expensive. We were two couples with a possibility of another couple arriving from out of state. We needed three rooms. Let's check out VRBO, rent a house. We did, and found the Puma circle place with Luz as our host. The place was perfectly suited to our needs. It had driveway parking for two cars, three if need be. We were given a key code day of with an email. Check in was just that simple. The place was very well cared for, clean and spacious. It wasn't cluttered. The furnishings were just what was needed, nothing unnecessary. Fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher. Everything had a place and nothing extra. It gave me a calm and serene feeling. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We had a little dog with us as well. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you, Luz. I never saw you, spoke to you, or heard from you. As it should be. I knew, however, if I needed help or just a question you'd be there in a second. I felt that. Your presence was felt in a caring and loving manner in the way you offered and maintained your home. This property is very clean, comfortable, and the owners were super easy to deal with. Very close to the entertainment district in cottonwood with a short drive to Sedona or Jerome. Great location!

Great stay

My wife, our friends, and I were very happy with this property. It was very clean, comfortable, and felt more spacious than the pictures showed in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, and the location was very convenient near some of the wineries in the area. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had no issues cooking dinner for four. Communication with the host was very easy, and the check-in/check-out process was great Next time we are staying in Cottonwood we will definitely check to see if this property is available.
