The Space:

The Master Coyote Suite features a king sized bed and smart tv, luxurious ensuite bath with a walk-in rain shower and private outdoor patio. The hummingbird Guest Bedroom comes with a cozy queen bed, while the Cactus Guest room is perfect for kids or small groups, featuring a twin-over-double bunk and a private desk/work station with a TV. The guest bathroom includes a soaking tub/shower and a large vanity.



Kitchen is fully stocked with gourmet amenities, including a fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, and a RO water filtration system. Great for cooking and dining. The open concept living room provides ample seating, large smart TV and an electric built-in fireplace, creating a cozy and inviting space for relaxation.



Enjoy the outdoors in the open-air courtyard and cantina - featuring a covered farmhouse dining table, comfortable seating, gas BBQ grill, southwest style bar and fun games like corn hole. The home also offers off street parking and is conveniently located near an EV charging station just 500 ft from the house. Additionally, the home includes a full-sized, high-end washer and dryer.

Local quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. and are enforced by the City. Please ensure you have music and other noise turned down during those times.



Dark Sky Ordinance: due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights should be turned off when you are not outside



City law disallows this home for being used for events, parties or large gatherings



Please be respectful of our home and do not rearrange furniture or unplug any home features/electronics. We also ask that you keep muddy shoes and mountain bikes outside of the home.

Service area: covers most of Sedona, including Park & Ride lots



Verde Shuttle:

Fare: $1 within Sedona; $2 from Cottonwood to Sedona

Service Hours: Daily, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Route: Connects central Cottonwood with West Sedona, Uptown Sedona and northern portions of SR179



Car Rentals:

Enterprise Rent A Car and Sedona Car Rentals. For those preferring flexibility, care rentals are available in Sedona. Booking in advance is recommended, especially during peak tourist seasons



Other Things to Note:

For the safety of our guests and property, there are exterior security cameras located at the front of the home, the back of the home, and a Ring doorbell camera. There are no cameras inside the house.
