This place was in a very convenient area. It is located behind a RV park but allowed enough privacy. This property is the perfect booking for a solo traveler or couples. I traveled here by myself and had a great time.

Tiny home itself was great, overall had a great time. Wi-Fi was not strong at all, had to use our own hotspot to watch a movie.

Units were very nice. However, the surrounding property was a dirty trailer park. With some very shady characters. I originally turned around to try to find the tiny homes as I thought I was in the wrong location. They are hidden in back behind the run down trailers.

Beautiful tiny home close to Sedona! You have everything you need; a very clean / well decorated space with a comfortable king size bed. The staff were friendly and responsive. I will stay again the next time I'm in the area. Thank you Triangle Tiny Home Team!!

The TV never worked the WiFi was horrible. We called maintenance and they never got the TV to work.

Tiny home was exceptional. Very clean. Air conditioner was phenomenal. Towels were super soft! TV was huge, however, the wi-fi was SO horrible you could not watch anything on it. Even after making sure the TV and A/C were the only things on wi-fi. This was the only downfall of my stay.

The tiny home was great just minor changes that would make it perfect. Maybe use a movable tv mount so the tv can face the bed. Different towels would be more comfortable, the ones provided are cute folded up but microfiber style are not very comfortable to dry body with. All the windows are nice and give it open feel but at 6am sun shining through can be disruptive when trying to sleep in. The location is hidden but passing through the RV park with the permanent residents do not make it pleasant to see when coming in or out.

The tiny house was really nice and made a great couples travel basecamp for these two explorers. Pros: clean, modern, all basic needs met, plenty of hot water, location and short drive to coffee, river, sedona. Cons: open windows at top of room let light in way too early which woke us up and made us feel a little less private, Ants, the RV park that shares the property. Overall we loved the unit and the location within the town but would have loved some shades on the upper windows and less ants. However, We WOULD stay here again.

**Pros:** The home is newly constructed, smelled fresh and clean, and is in a great location—only about 16 minutes from both Sedona and Jerome, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. **Cons:** Unfortunately, there was a significant ant infestation during our stay. The WiFi connection was not working, there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed, and the beautiful granite island had no chairs or stools to sit at. Additionally, management was very slow to respond when we reached out with questions.

The unit is new, clean and honestly pretty spacious! But the only downside is the internet is painfully slow even when paying for it, i was needing to do some work while staying here and had to go offsite to get any decent connection. Otherwise this place is great

The tiny home was clean but, the water pressure in the shower not good at all and hot water was not very hot. My tv would not connect to the wifi, I told the office and nothing was done about it. Went the entire stay with no entertainment.

We loved it and well worth the price. The tiny homes are very affordable and clean, it was just what we needed. I will say there was a majority of a whole day where the water was turned off. We didn’t get a heads up on the situation; so we didn’t get showers beforehand. We couldn’t go to the restroom. I reached out and asked if they knew the water was off and there was no reply, which was a bit disappointing, to say the least. Otherwise the whole park was quiet and the place.z’o

We decided at the last minute to take a trip to cottonwood and Jerome on our bike. It was at a rest stop that I booked this Tiny Home at Turquoise Triangle. As soon as I booked it, I received the information to allow us to get into the place. We ended up getting they early, tired and needed to relax. I messaged the office and they were so quick to respond and allow us to check in early. Upon arrival, we met housekeeping. So friendly and outgoing. The place was perfect for us and we were very impressed. Had everything we needed and more. It was so quiet at night and slept so good. In town, but enough away that your in your own world. Highly recommend. Great stay!!!

The tiny home in of itself was nice and clean but I did not realize that it was located in an RV park with full-time residents. The appearance of the RV park is not very inviting and it requires one to drive through the park each time they leave and return to the tiny home. The TV in our room did not have any sound either even though the TV speakers were selected in the TV menu. One final fault, there was only three squirts of body wash in the bottle, didn’t even last for the first shower. I would not recommend this location to anyone asking me.

Pros: This space seemed brand new, everything was spotless, the bed was comfortable, Melinda at the desk was super nice and helpful, the refrigerator was large, lots of counter space, lots of windows, the space was really nice and open, it felt like a great value. Cons: The internet was spotty, there could have been more amenities to make it feel more comfortable. Maybe we were the first people to stay there and they are still working out some details.

Pros: Brand new. Everything in perfect condition. Very quiet, since it is back behind other buildings. VERY nice sheets on the bed. Cons: Insects. Multiple ants in the bathroom every time I went in. There were flies, none of which came in the door with me. There was something on the wall one afternoon, which was easy to kill but I don't know what it was. The other Con was, there is a sort of bar, that one could use to eat on, or as a desk. Except, there were no chairs in the room There was a comfortable couch, but that was not useable on the little bar. So no eating or desk work in the room. Overall: I am unlikely to stay here again when visiting Cottonwood.

We stopped at the office to check -in and were given the code to the door. The tiny house was clean and appeared new. The RV park was fairly quiet with most residents appearing to be long-term.. It had a nice sized outdoor area. I recommend this place as I would book again. I would recommend bringing cleaning supplies for longer stays as none were provided. The TV remote was dead and needed to be charged before use. The TV also needed to be signed into on an app I was not familiar with so do keep that in mind. The wifi was spotty which was annoying. We did not use the laundry services. Overall a lovely stay.

It seems that these units are brand new or have only been open for a short time. But they are great. I had the best time the energy was clean. Everything within the mini home was clean. Absolutely loved it. The blanket and the bed were very soft very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
