”We spent 1 night in the pet friendly room. It smelled. Thankfully we were transporting a dog and only needed one night in that room. We changed rooms and the second room was a great improvement. The bed was awesome. I slept so well. I'm also thankful for the guest laundry services. They have a speed queen washer!!”

”I called the day before our arrival to ask if there was any possibility of an earlier check-in since I was scheduled for a procedure early the next morning I had to prepare for and wanted time to get settled and rest. I was told that an early check-in wouldn’t be possible, which I understood. However, when we arrived just before the 3:00 p.m. check-in time, our room hadn’t even been started by housekeeping. There were several staff members at the front desk, but one older gentleman was rude and...

”The staff was very rude, the room was torn apart in places, I'm assuming it was paint splatter on the walls in the bathroom, although the color of splatter was nowhere in the room or the hotel that I ever saw, cracked tiles in the bathroom.”

”Staff was very friendly and kind. Rooms were clean. Supplies were lacking. Empty containers of hand wash and body wash. Front desk advised it has been ordered but no refills. Also, rooms and towels only cleaned every three days which we were not aware of so left our used towels on the floor. When we came back to our room at 1:00 am after a long drive from Medora we came back to no supplies for a shower. Staff were very friendly at reception and breakfast.”
