Summit cairn of Cnoc nan Each Cnoc nan Each, hill of the horse, in gaelic 311m gives a superb view. Red deer are often see on the upper slopes of the hills. In summer they avoid the midges found in the valley... the deer move down and in winter and especially early spring are seen on the low ground in Strath Carron.

Basic hotel with a clean room and a good breakfast. We had a premium room and that was spacy, some other rooms looked fairly small. For the price we paid a good stay.
