”I really liked this hotel. I stayed in a room with a plunge pool, and it was fantastic. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, too. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful. I will definitely be back!”

”Very nice hotel just a walking distance away from restaurants and city center. Everything works just well and travel desk was more than helpful. Also the pool area and hotel bar were nice. There is a grill buffet on mondays with live music.”

”Pictures very misleading, the lake was too abandoned to go near, there is no water park, the restaurant only served breakfast (not lunch and dinner like advertised), no hot springs. I ended up staying in my room all three days. The staff were really nice but I can tell they knew I felt scammed. I’ve contacted Expedia for some type of compensation twice and they said they’d reach back but no answer. Very disappointed. A waste of alot of money.”

”Absolute stunning view and friendly staff. Rooms and property were clean and adequate - bonus having a fridge and water kettle in the room. So nice having the restaurant on site. Building certainly not high end and is old in need up updates - but it is clean and functional (as is the state of most properly on the island). Would go again :)”
