”The property seems recently renovated and clean in general. It is also in a good location, being next to the airport with lot of restaurant options nearby. ”The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. We reported the issue to the front desk, but instead of sending housekeeping, we were surprisingly handed a broom and dustpan and asked to clean it ourselves. I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and this was the first time I've experienced something like that. It was quite disappointing and not what I would expect from any hotel.
On the positive side, the property appears to be fairly new. However, the amenities were below...

”Stayed here to be close to the airport for an early AM flight the next day. The hotel was in walking distance to a few dining options, which was SO helpful and awesome.
We set up the shuttle and were outside of the lobby at the exact time we scheduled it. We were told the shuttle left without us and that the next one was full so we were out of luck- for that reason I will choose a different hotel nearby next time, but nonetheless it was a nice place for a reasonable price.”

”Our room was very large, as well as the bathroom. Everything was extremely clean. We did have trouble with the microwave being broken and the controls were in Spanish. When I checked out the person at the front desk was sound asleep and it took me several times calling to him to wake him. But overall, we really liked the hotel and it was in a safe location.”
