”Room standard is excellent ”

”Clean large room, friendly staff, excellent pool facilities. The pool & jacuzzi & sauna & steam room are lovely and can be used by hotel guests, not just spa guests. The pool is a lovely warm temperature. I had a spa treatment & thoroughly enjoyed it. The posh restaurant is the breakfast restaurant & very overpriced, especially for meat. The cheaper restaurant is just outside it, it’s a sports bar with TVs everywhere. Breakfast was sensationally good, great selection, food superbly well cooked...

”Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has heartfelt staff who made us feel welcome. The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, and we loved having a nice breakfast served right to our table each morning. The hotel itself is in a beautiful building and neighborhood, with the added convenience of having parking available. It's in a fantastic location, with several nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby. We especially enjoyed being able to easily walk to Bute Park, and from there, on to...

”Great sized room and bathroom. Was little worried about the possible noise from pub downstairs, but it was not an issue. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Easy to get in and out, even during early mornings, when the pub was not open. Very helpful staff. Good accommodation near the city.”

”Lovely well appointed room. We stayed in the Parc room. Tastefully decorated with nice views of the mountains surrounding this small Welsh town nestled in beautiful mountainous countryside. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Special thanks to Callum for his help. My husband sings with the world famous Treorchy Male Choir which hadca Christmas concert that evening. We decided to stay so that we could enjoy the choir's "afterglow". Excellent stay, excellent evening. ”

”What a lovely place to stay, we stayed for one night and I wish it could have been longer! The room was incredibly spacious and so was the bathroom, the location was perfect and communication from the owners was brilliant. They were especially helpful when I called with a question. Although there’s no parking on site, we found a parking spot just down the road so no issue at all. I’d certainly recommend staying here! ”
