Lomamökit – Cousins Cove

”Room service was good and service staff great. Consistently exceptional service was experienced at Miss Lou's from Ambrosia and Jonathan. It helped that this bar provided high-end drinks as well as high-end customer service. I would consider another stay at this property, especially if the buffet food quality could be improved.”

”Upper management should be changed. They are not properly supervise their staff.”

”Staff,facility was all great”

”The cove was wonderful”

”Site was very nice and clean. Food and service were excellent. My only issue with the resort was the wifi coverage was spotty in certain areas. When we wanted to rent a kayak there was a waver that needed to be signed off. The waiver was online and when we tried to get online there was no Internet available at the building. We ended up not renting a kayak for that reason.”

”The rooms were terrible. Our room was dirty. They had to come back and deep, clean it. The toilet was broke. The only thing I can say about the hotel was a staff was very pleasant in the bars and restaurants, but they were out of everything. It reminded me of a place that was going out of business. Definitely wasn’t a five star hotel not even at three Star.”

”Very nice, easy access, convenient”

”Rooms arw very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful. Everyone made me feel very welcome and safe. Thanks all, I highly recommend this place and will be returning.”

”We stayed here for 8 nights for our honeymoon. The room was nice and clean, although they were not straightforward about the room being 2 beds instead of 1 despite paying the $69 room selection fee. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but the higher-ups were not eager to go above and beyond. There was a complication with getting the complimentary honeymoon package and there was no real effort made to resolve it so we got the special honeymoon dinner and that was it. The beach view...

”Rooms and property were dated. I could not get hot water in shower, changed rooms & still did not get hot water. Shower pressure weak in 2 rooms. I had 4 dinners while in Jamaica, the worst one and most expensive one was at Tree House. Some rooms have been renovated, need to inquire about that. Location on beach great, chairs provided at waterfront. Staff great. Supermarket is right across the street. Free parking very convenient. Pool water was nice & warm.”

”This was a great base to visit Negril & other attractions. We were very well taken care of the staff or outstanding”

”I like the room it was amazing. Housekeeping was on time and done in a profesional was and the staff was friendly. What i didn't like -- was staff heading to the buffet to get food during service. The staff in the dining room was very nice, but please let the staff wait until guests eat or grab food from the kitchen.”

”no water pressure”

”All was good but nothing outstanding.”
