”Hotel was centrally located and easily accessible and rooms are well equipped. As the hotel is in the centre, sounds from the street (especially during the night time) were quite loud (as there are many bars and karaoke places in the neighborhood). Our rooms were on the second floor, we had a hard time sleeping (It is advisable to request for rooms upstairs). In general, the staff members (Reception and Bar/restaurant) very nice and friendly. ”Breakfast was not free, or at least I didn’t pay to have it included, and though I only got a bagel with cream cheese to take back to my room it was excellent! Pleasantly surprised at how nice it was, as well as how friendly and accommodating the staff was upon arrival and when recommending places for running or dinner. Only complaint would be that the desk chair was not the most comfortable for extended period of time, and material not so breathable. ”

”There was an accident which caused the electric pole to come down and we had no electricity this morning. There was only one lane to get out of the parking lot and the police blocked some of that. If there had been a fire, we would not been able to get out. Need a second exit from the back parking lot, very dangerous situation. ”
