”The property was undergoing renovations so there was lots of materials and construction equipment sitting around. It got a little noisy around 8:00 AM but we were up and getting ready to depart for our day's activities. The staff couldn't help it but they did their absolute best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.”

”The Staff were amazing and will definitely recommend this hotel, rooms are very clean, the bar is opened until late with a big variety. The location is very close to breakfast spot like THE MET and small and large chain stores at walking distance.”

”Shower head is dirty. Air conditioning is not cool at all and dirty as well.”

”Breakfast was wonderful. Great selection, just needed paper coffee cup tops that fit better. We met with friends for drinks and dinner that evening and the staff excelled, especially the bar tender. We were in the Carriage House. The bathroom was wonderful, except for the slow moving sink drain. The drain in the sink in the main room was also very sluggish. The furnishings were dated. The lamp shades were crooked. Not a great look. Also, there were two stains on the bed's mattress,...

”The rooms have been updated and are clean. The coffee in the afternoon was ice cold however and when I informed the front desk, they told me I could heat it up in the microwave. Spark hotels advertise hot coffee all day so this came as a surprise and was disappointing.”

”Budget hotel with budget quality. This is was a very clean property.”
