”God aircondition flink personale. Alt i alt meget godt sted.”

”The property was very close to LOS airport (6-8 mins or <$6USD) drive using Indrive rideshare app. The facility was clean, with ample parking. Our registration took a while to figure out, but we did get it sorted. The room was clean, well lit and spacious. The area had food, banks, groceries, etc. accessible in walking distance. The Wi-fi was stable as well was the A/C and electricity. We used the in-room fridge, and Showers water heater A-lot. A newer flat screen T.V. and DST were constant. ...

”My stay at De Lords Resort was very disappointing. Despite having already booked and paid through Expedia, the hotel did not acknowledge my reservation and insisted I pay again in Nigerian Naira before I could get a room. The room was not clean, the bedsheets appeared stained, the toilet was poorly maintained, there was water leaking from the air conditioner, and the overall condition of the room was far below expectations. To make matters worse, after I paid, they attempted to change the room...

”I booked a room at the hotel but they wouldn't check me in because they claimed to have never used Expedia. ”

”Overall bad experience, when we checked in the toilet was flooded and after I reported it nothing was done by the staff. We also checked in with no running water or electricity, and when it rained the whole room was leaking, water on the bed from the roof and all over the window seals. Booking came with breakfast but for a 3 day stay, they only offered it for 1 day. The hotel is also undermaintained and overall a sad place to be. Terrible place, stay away.”

”Great place to stay and I truly had a great day. Well manner staff I was looked after as I thought it was not safe. I was wrong it was safe and clean. But I think the generator is at night only. Also, ask them to fix the tap in bathroom. I was out during the day so hey fine by me. Thank you to all the staff too. I’m grateful ”

”This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. Despite having a fully confirmed Expedia booking for 9 nights, my wife, two children, and I were denied check-in on arrival. We travelled all the way from London to Lagos, only to be told at the hotel that the apartment was already occupied and that no room or alternative accommodation was available. This was extremely distressing, especially with young children after a long international journey. The hotel showed poor...
