”Easily in the top five of best breakfasts in the Midlands. If you don't believe me, visit for yourself and you will see. Good location, ample parking and reasonable wifi. The rooms are on the smaller side - but this does not detract from functionality. Scrupulously clean. Televisions really need to be much bigger. Those with visual restrictions and impairments would find it challenging to see the current televisions. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Nice bathroom...

”The breakfast was very poor. We got down for breakfast around 9am and there was nothing useful left to eat. We raised this with the staff and they confirmed, despite a cold breakfast offering, they ran out of pastries. Only 1 pot of yoghurt was left for a family of 3, handful of slices of bread, we had to request hot water for Tea (can’t be that cold of a breakfast!), the juice ran out and only 1 apple was left. ”Rooms were fine. Annoying there’s no plug sockets near the bed and the TVs are ancient, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom basic but functional. Breakfast was very sad. Absolutely no atmosphere. It needed some muzac to cut through the silence. The sausages (both veggie and meat) were not good and much of the food had been sitting out quite a bit of time before being replenished. ”Hotel was nice but there was no air in the room and so was very hot. The power went off a few times and there was no hot water when I went to take a shower. The back of the hotel gardens were extremely pretty and people were hanging out having no a glass of wine and/or reading a book.”
