This beautiful 2-storey house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and centrally located in Cowes, located just a short walk from the beach, shops and cafes.

This peaceful and family-friendly location offers the ultimate getaway for your next holiday.

THE SPACE
As you enter the home on the ground level, you will find the front rumpus/living area, complete with comfortable seating and a TV, offering a great informal space to relax and spread out.

A central hallway leads you through Bedroom 4 to the rest of the sleeping quarters. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature built-in robes (BIR), and the main bathroom includes a bath, shower, and toilet. The fully equipped laundry comes with a washing machine and clothes dryer. Please note that Bedroom 4 is open to the hallway without a door.

The light-filled kitchen and dining room, also on the main level, serve as the heart of the home, equipped with everything you need. This area flows into another living space that provides access to the rear covered deck.

Step out onto the deck, where you'll find BBQ facilities and a spacious backyard perfect for the kids to play.

As you venture upstairs, you'll discover another bright living area with a TV and access to a balcony, ideal for relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying the beautiful sunset and water views.

The upstairs also features the master bedroom with an ensuite.

Sommerhuset offers the perfect opportunity for your family or friends to spend quality time together.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

GUEST ACESS
This home sleeps 14 guests across 4 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen size bed (upstairs) with ensuite
Bedroom 2: 1x queen size bed (main level)
Bedroom 3: 2x Tri bunk beds (double bottom/single top) – Windows can only open 10cm for safety.
Bedroom4: 1x single bunk bed – closed off by see through doors. It does not have a door separating it from the hallway
Living Area 1 - Double fold-out sofa bed - Part of the corner lounge suit and located in the living/rumpus room near the front door. 
Living Area 2 - Double fold-out sofa bed - Located in the living room (upstairs)

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

Read and accept our terms and conditions—the Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rule applies.

You are required to bring your linen and towels unless prearranged.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
