”We booked 2 sea view rooms for 3 nights. Only one room had a sea view and the bathroom in that room had black mould around the ceiling. The other room had a very old mattress and the bedding was old and thin. The pillows in that room were flat. We checked out after 1 night and will not be back. Whilst the staff were friendly, this hotel needs refurbishment, new mattresses, new duvets, pillows, blankets and linen. Mould is injurious to health and no hotel of the calibre that this hotel...

”We used as a crew house so the fact the rooms can be set up as three twins was ideal.
Some padding on the low ceiling over the stairs! Forgot to duck a couple of times.”

”The room was clean, with modern/quirky tech features.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, providing a place to store our luggage after the check out time.
The hotel is in a good location for the Redjet passenger ferry and the high street with bars and restaurants.
It is also located a few mins walk from the taxi rank and bus stop that has connections to Newport.”
