”A 15-night stay was pleasant and easy, also from working perspective. The (family) room had all the amenities needed. There are washing machines and dryers in the public area which makes longer stays easier. The service was friendly and helpful, what ever questions I had. The public area on the 9th floor is really relaxing, and the super-nice coffee machine was heavily used. The hotel is situated amazingly well; Migros shop next door, trams 14 and 18 - as well as e.g., busses 3 and 11 stopping...

”TV:n kaukosäätimessä ei ollut Back eikä Exit näppäintä. TV:ssä oli jokin Green Area tai vastaava valinta, joka käytännössä lukisti TV:n. Ottakaa tämä pois valikoimasta. Hotelli itsessään on sopivalla paikalla, lähellä lentokenttää ja hotelli on myös riittävän hiljainen.”

”AC didn't work in the room and the staff was unable to solve this. The solution would have been to open the window to the street in January. I can't recommend the experience.”

”The staff are excellent. Really friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but the bar snacks are very good. Parking is convenient and secure. The casino restaurant is accessed directly without going into the casino and is very good. Nice food variety. We have stayed there about eight times and it’s consistently great. ”

”Hotelli oli siisti ja viehättävä hotelli kauniissa vanhassa rakennuksessa. Huone oli rauhallinen, vaikka olikin hyvin lähellä rautatieasemaa. Hotellin löytyminen oli hieman kinkkistä, mutta neuvoa kysymällä löytyi. Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia, mutta tuuletin löytyi ja ikkunan sai auki - ikkuna antoi sisäpihalle joten mitään meteliä ei sieltä kantautunut. Aamiainen oli vaatimaton, mutta ajoi asiansa! Mukavaa oli että ainakin kolmannen kerroksen aulassa oli kirjahylly, josta saattoi lainata...

”Hinta laatu suhde hyvä. Ja sijainti keskustaan ja lentokentälle erittäin hyvä. Niihin pääsi helposti bussilla. Ilmainen joukkoliikenne. Hotellihuone vaatimaton ja pieni. Ei ilmanvaihtoa. Suihku ja WC tilat alkeelliset. Aamupala buffet oli hyvä.”

”Tämä voisi olla mainio hotelli, mutta management on surkea. Erityisesti housekeeping on ala-arvoista. Jatkuvasti jotain puuttuu tai esim. room service -tarjotinta ei hoideta kahteen päivään pois. Aamiainen on suppea ja astiat tyhjinä, vaikka asiakkaita vain vähänlaisesti. Ei vastaa miltään osin sveitsiläistä tasoa.”
