”Construction in progress balcony had debris from construction on patio blowing at us so we went to the pool. Room was remodeled however there were numerous issues . Patio door took 2 people to open, shower head moved in and out of wall ,adjoining door too room next to our was not lockable as the lock on top of the door would not slide up into the lock position. Whoever was staying next door could enter our room without a key. Good location, nice pool, nice restaurant . Convenient to HarborWalk.”

”Good”

”Positives: Manager was very nice. Great location. Price for the location was great. No bed bugs. Negatives: Asked staff for towels and never got them. Bedding including pillows had mildew on them. The room was very dusty. I don't think it had been used in a while. I went and bought my own bedding and cleaning supplies. I didn't see any bugs until the day we checked out and saw 2 cockroaches. The property was somewhat run down. I won't be staying there again.”

”Great staff”

”The staff is amazing! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable! The breakfast, dinner and drinks were always good! Highly recommend this amazing location and oh it’s so close to the beach and bunch of stores and restaurants around it! Overall best experience at a hotel we have ever had! Definitely will be back thank you to the staff for always going the extra mile!”

”The hotel was going through a remodel when Hurricane Isaias hit the area. Our room on the 1st floor began having water drip from the ceiling and the outside walls. They are soon going to have a severe mold and rot problem. They moved us to a smaller room but wouldn't refund the difference. Money 1st, customer last.”

”The hotel was sooo nice! The staff was great and the breakfast was soo good! Sadly we only stayed one night due to being evacuated due to the hurricane but overall highly reccomend”

”Feel that the hotel is very clean but my room had a couch that had big dirty stains on it. I did not want to sit on that couch. Everything else was clean. I have mixed emotions with staff. Feel they were not friendly at all, helpful yeah, and don’t want to say they were rude, just that they almost had no expression in there faces (was weird), no demeanor and never greeted anyone with a hello, welcome, or anything else. To the exception of one staff in the entire hotel. I stayed there for 3 days...
