”Very nice and friendly staff.”

”The staff was accommodating when there were loud guests above us and got our room moved quickly. The television was malfunctioning in the new room and they quickly came to swap it out. The only issue was when housekeeping cleaned the room they didn't place a comforter on the bed which resulted in it being too cold for the kids and there was no comforter available when we called. Other than that the front desk staff were very helpful.”

”Everything was perfect other than my daughter found a dirty bandaid in her bed. That was the only issue. Other than breakfast ends at 9:30 and my husband was making his food and they grabbed it up while he was making it. They should let guests finish making their plate if food is still out.”

”There is no sign in rooms that you will be changed for water . No one at front desk notified us about that too , why put water on table if you gonna charge 6$ for it !!! Without telling us . We didn’t find out till we checked out that we going to be charged . Also to go to pool you have to go to front desk to ask for a pool towels and when you are across the whole hotel .”

”The staff was nice! Breakfast needs an upgrade for sure. Area rugs need to be replaced and cleaned Regularly. The beds were nice and plenty of storage. The towels could be thicker, but did the job. The location was good, and I highly recommend McGuires Restaurant for dining.”

”Master bath was small and not updated. Shower head was pretty bad. Otherwise a great condo right on the beach. Need to put instructions for trash being we were on first floor there were no trash chutes and no dumpster access.”

”If you are looking for a budget friendly place. You can come here. The breakfast isn’t good always eggs and sausage no bacon lol but it’s okay.”

”This was our second hotel and they exceeded our expectations! Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable! It was also wheelchair accessible and close to the convention center and beach! 10/10”

”The hotel was amazing and highly recommend if you’re going solo or with a group of friends and family. The beach view is beautiful. Staff were friendly especially when I left my key card in my room. I was impressed by the Remedy (restaurant inside Beal house). Their kitchen was closing at 10pm and they were able to accommodate my order last minute.”
